CasinoThumbnail designs lobby tiles, promo and CRM banners, affiliate creative and sportsbook creative for online gambling operators and their partners. Each project or retainer is described in a written quote, which forms part of these terms.
Who we work with
We work with businesses only. You confirm that you operate, or work for, a licensed gambling business in the markets where our work will be used. We may decline work aimed at markets where you are not licensed.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and exclude any taxes. Payment is in cryptocurrency only: USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, TRX, BNB, LTC, XRP or DOGE. Invoices are issued in euros and settled at the exchange rate on the invoice date. One-off work is invoiced on delivery unless the quote says otherwise. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled before the next billing date.
Turnaround and revisions
Turnaround times on our site are targets for typical requests. The number of revision rounds is set out in each quote.
Your materials
You confirm that you have the right to use any artwork, logos, game assets and brand materials you send us, including assets from game providers, and that we may use them to produce your work.
Rights in the work
Once paid, you may use the final deliverables for your business without limit. We keep the right to reuse our own templates, methods and non-client-specific design elements. We only show your work in our portfolio with your written permission.
Confidentiality
We treat your catalogue, promo plans and files as confidential and will sign an NDA on request.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue.
