Who we are
CasinoThumbnail (casinothumbnail.com) is a design studio. We make lobby tiles, banners and other creative for online casino and sportsbook operators.
What this site collects
This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies and does not identify you: it records the page, referrer, country and device type in aggregate. Your language choice is part of the page address and is not stored about you.
Our hosting provider processes standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
The brief form
The brief form on our home page does not send anything to our servers. It copies your answers so you can paste them into Telegram, or opens your own email app with the brief filled in.
The tile studio
Images you load into the tile studio stay in your browser. They are not uploaded to us or to anyone else, and they disappear when you close the page.
When you contact us
If you message us on Telegram or email support@casinothumbnail.com, we receive the details you send, such as your name, company, handle and any files. We use them only to reply, prepare quotes and deliver work, and we keep them for as long as we work together and as required for accounting.
Client files
Catalogues, promo calendars and artwork you share with us are confidential. We sign an NDA on request before receiving them and never show client work without written permission.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email support@casinothumbnail.com or message @BarisThumbs on Telegram and we will reply within 30 days.
